1. Training Overview
Businesses receive repetitive customer questions every day about opening hours, prices, products, locations, procedures, availability, appointments, and request tracking.
Using artificial intelligence and Python, it is possible to build tools that respond more efficiently to these needs: website chatbots, intelligent FAQs, virtual assistants, automated response systems, and business information search tools.
This training teaches you how to develop these practical solutions.
You will work on real business scenarios such as creating chatbots for websites, organizing frequently asked questions, connecting forms to automated responses, structuring business information, testing solutions, and presenting them to clients.
In the Saturday program, learners complete a real client project. In the Holiday Intensive program, they complete an integrated project combining the main skills acquired during the training.
